Sunbury Capital focuses its Real Estate investments primarily in the Southeastern / Sunbelt states of the USA. Starting with Industrial projects only, the company built a portfolio of Industrial Distribution Centers in the top 11 MSA's in the Southeast. And in 2019, it merged this portfolio into a larger and more diverse position of a large national firm. Sunbury still holds these assets in this new entity.

The company then diversified into smaller retail shopping centers in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Many of these centers needed "a little work", and have since been sold at 25% + returns. Our current new retail center is in downtown Raleigh, NC, one of the hottest markets in the country.

Sunbury also is an original investor in several multi-family and commercial buildings, again in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area. These positions are buy and hold long term investments.
