Mezzanine Financing

Sunbury Capital’s Mezzanine investments have partnered with Plexus Capital for the past 12 years. Beginning with smaller Southeastern companies looking for mezzanine partners, to now mid-size firms, across the country . We invest in Industrial companies that also fit our Private Equity focus, but also other “supply-house” companies nationwide.  We have also partnered with our Mezzanine lending firm, and included direct investments in several companies, alongside our lending position.

Outside of Plexus, we have partnered with Aruna Bio. For over 12 years, Aruna Bio has been leading the research and manufacturing of neural stem cells in collaboration with some of the world’s leading research organizations. 

By developing their own proprietary neural exosome platform, Aruna Bio has succeeded in gaining access across the blood/brain barrier. In the future , their ability to deliver therapeutic doses of agents to specific cells within the central nervous system could transform the lives of millions of people around the world.
